The customer sets the scale for the quality
What the customer requires from us:
- The fulfillment of all quality demands defined by standards to the product
- The fulfillment of customized demands for the products
- Availability of functional and well shaped storage containers
- The credible issue of calibration certificates and conformity declarations in pleasing presentation
- To adhere to delivery promises
- Courteous and competent service from treatment of inquiry to the supply of the product
We want customer satisfaction. Therefore the top business objective is that our products and services are in compliance with the demands for quality as per „1.“
Enquiries, quotations, orders, complaints etc. are to be worked on thoroughly and briskly. Confirmed delivery dates must absolutely be kept. Since there are deficits every now and then between customer’s request and realization date, urgent call for action is required. All co-workers are invited to contribute their share to the continuous processing of orders.
Reaching our quality goals is an important executive function. The management creates and ensures the general framework for the quality-assuring work of each co-worker in terms of suitable jobs, machines, tools, devices and inspection instruments. Each co-worker in a guide function is responsible to pass on and contribute to a continuous improvement of internal communication information from down upward and vice versa.
Each co-worker of the company contributes at his place to the implementation of our quality goals. It is therefore the task of each co-worker to carry out perfect work. Whoever recognizes a quality risk and in the context of his powers cannot turn this off, is obliged to immediately inform his superior.
Every work should be implemented correctly right from the start. This improves not only the quality, but also reduces our costs. Quality raises the profitability. The causes must be eliminated not only the errors. For every co-worker – be it in the sales, purchase, construction, job preparation, production laboratory or despatch department – avoiding mistakes has priority over trouble shooting.
The quality of our products depends also on the quality of the purchased parts. We therefore apply the same standard to our suppliers for the work which our customer expects. Our suppliers are evaluated and systematically selected with regard to product quality, delivery promises, wrong delivery and identity of items.
Our QM-manual is a collection of the internal quality guidelines. All definitions contained in it have to be put into practice and implemented by the executives and by all co-workers in sale, purchase, job preparation, production, despatch department, quality control, KKS and DKD.
